Eloise Sibella Potter - a one of a kind girl!

Time to give a little praise to Eloise, who continues to entertain us daily. She has received her second all A's progress report - most were A+ 's. She is in a special GATE class this year, where the teacher is allowed to use his own methods of teaching rather than the usual texts and programs. He gives the kids a subject then says turn in a project at the end of the week. They can do whatever they want: report, video, book, power point, poster, diorama, song, dance...you name it, as long as they covey as much information as possible about the subject, and as the teacher puts it "knock his socks off!". Eloise has done amazing with this. She is really learning to think outside the box and has been amazingly self motivated. Well done! She is making progress in viola, is busy practicing for the Nutcracker - she is a guest in the party scenes, she takes time to care for her dolls, do Club Penguin?, and her church activities. She makes us laugh on a daily basis. She is not only smart but beautiful. Oh, she has progressed from the kids menu - first endeavor above. She did well, but could not finish. I fear for the boys who will fall under her spell but so far her only interest is still Corbin Blue... Mom and Dad love you!

Congratulations, Eloise! That is awesome! Keep up the good work. I didn't even know it was possible to get A+'s! That class you are in sounds like a lot of fun and a great opportunity to explore your talents.
As your dad would say, Good on ya!

Congrats to you, Eloise! I must say I am always amazed by your clever remarks when we are visiting; you have a very witty tongue. Excellent work in school, too! Good to hear you are progressing so well on the viola, a much neglected instrument in the music world. As a good violist you will always be in demand. I hope your Nutcracker performances go very well this year. You are one busy girl!

Well done, Eloise! You are a fantastic young girl! Was your viola teacher able to transpose any of the music I sent down? I hope we will be able to play together at Christmas! One thing I love about you (among others!) is playing Apples to Apples! You are so much fun!!

Hi Eloise. Wow, you must have such a fun life with all those cool things you do. Your hair is really growing too - beautiful!

By the way, that Mexican food plate looks tasty - I miss Mexican food!
