I miss Germany and Austria. I miss Europe. I am even starting to miss Kecskemet. Even though it was hot. I miss Stella and Cheyenne and Sinead and Cassie and Grammy and Christie and Opa and Jordan and Dulce and Kira...
Frodo is injured. But luckily Glorfindel found them. Hopefully they will get to Rivendell soon.

I miss you, too, Oh Quiet One. I think you're a European at heart. I think you'll just have to start saving and come along to France with me at some point in time.
Keep plugging on and get to Rivendell. Really, it gets much more interesting once you get into the second book (and once you're done with the Council of Elrond. Papers have been written on how long it is...) and the actual Quest begins. You get some lovely snark between Legolas and Gimli, which makes everything better. And the Mines of Moria. The Mines are awesome.
