Ms. Bates gave us an evil assignment. We have to go unplugged for a whole week. No computer, no phone, no iPod, no TV. I'm going to die. I'll do it all except iPod. I might try it but I won't go a whole week without listening to it at all.

WHAT. THAT IS NOT COOL. I'd keep the iPod and ditch everything else. One cannot live without music.
That seems like kind of a lame assignment. I mean, what if you need to use the computer to study or your parents need to call you or something? It seems like a better idea would be to have you guys all spend a week voluteering for a charity or something..

That is stupid. I don't like it. I have to check my email every day; it's the only way I know if class is canceled, if the opera needs me, etc. Technology was invented for a reason.
EMERGENCY!! I had this song stuck in my head and I HAD to hear it so I put on my headphones! Haha.
What exactly are you supposed to learn from this experiment anyway?
